Travel by plane Munich International Airport (MUC) is about 5 km from Freising. MUC has many direct national and international connections. From the airport, there is a bus connection (Line Nr. 635) to the train station in Freising every 20 minutes (18 min trip) between 05:00 and 01:00. From the Freising train station, a bus to Weihenstephan (Line Nr. 638) leaves on 20 min intervals (10 min trip) from Monday to Friday (1h intervals on weekends). Leave the bus at bus stop “Weihenstephan”. The way from the bus stop in Weihenstephan to the symposium building will be marked with symposium signs.
