We have put a list of registered participants on the website, and also a
list of presentations and posters.

As there have been quit some changes on papers, posters, author, coauthors, registrations, withdrawls,,in the last weeks, we ask you to check, if we put your data correctly on the lists.

If you have any changes, please mail them to organisation@4th-ibs.org until September 4th.

 

Accomodation in Thalhausen

The accomodation in the hostel in Thalhausen is only available from 11th on. If you arrive already on Sunday, please mail us, so we can arrange an accomodation for Sunday / Monday.

 

Presentations

Time for presentations is 20 min maximum +  5 min for discussion. Due to the number of presentations, there will a strict enforcement on time.

If you have a Powerpoint-Presentation, please drop it on a CD or USB-Stick at time of registration.

 

Travel to Freising

Timetables for the trains and buses from Munich airport and from Munich train station to Freising and to the University are available for download on the “How to get there” page.

 

Photo Contest

Participants can submit up to 3 photos for the photo contest. Maximum size is 30 x 45 cm. Please mail us the number and title of the photos you submit, so we can prepare contest page for the participants.

 

Beaver Market

On Wednesday afternoon we will offer tables for participants who want to offer beaver stuff (books, CD´s films,..) for sale.

 

Lunch

We have organised a lunch special with the university canteen. It´s only 5 min walk from the symposium building, and food is ok.

A lunch ticket (1 main dish, 3 side dishes (e.g. soup, salad, dessert), 1 softdrink) costs EUR 7,-. You have to purchase lunch tickets at the symposium registration desk.

 

Day vistors

Day visitors can participate with a special ticket for EUR 15,- per day. This includes only an abstract volume.
